You're on a roof. The phone rings. You can't get it. Most callers just dial the next guy. Not anymore. With Contractor Systems, every missed call gets a text back. The missed call shows up in your lead inbox, with the recording. And when they reply, it lands right in the same thread. Book the job. Get back to work. Included on Advanced. Two ninety-seven a month.

Quick answer

Remodel leads take weeks to decide, and they start with one phone call. Miss that call and the conversation never starts. Missed-call text-back sends a text from the business number within seconds. Contractor Systems includes it on Advanced at $297 a month, with the website, the lead inbox, follow-up, and review requests. Monthly billing has a one-time $297 setup fee. Quarterly and annual billing waive it.

Does this work for contractors outside Florida?

The office is at 6901 Professional Pkwy E, Ste 232, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34240. The phone is (775) 297-0297. We work with contractors outside the 941. Most of our clients are on the Suncoast between Tampa and Fort Myers, and everything we build runs remotely, so distance isn't a limit. The service-area pages name Florida cities. Advanced is $297 a month and includes missed-call text-back. Pro is $597 a month. US carriers require registration before a business texts from a regular local number. Contractor Systems files the brand and campaign registration. On the pricing page, SMS 10DLC registration is included with the AI receptionist and with Pro and Master.

Hi, this is Bayside Remodeling. Sorry we missed your call, we're on a jobsite. What project are you planning?

11:15 AM

Full kitchen remodel, new cabinets and counters. Hoping to start this spring
Great. We can come measure and talk options Tuesday at 5:00 or Wednesday at 9:00 AM. Which works?

Tuesday at 5
You're booked for Tuesday at 5:00 PM. We'll send a few recent kitchens before then.

What does the homeowner see after a missed remodel call?

A text from the business number, within seconds of the missed call. They can reply on that thread. The reply lands in the lead inbox, with the calls, forms, and Google messages that need a response.

The remodeling example in the product asks what project they are planning, then offers a time to measure. You approve the messages. A full kitchen and a small trim repair should not get the same booking. The business name in the phone, Bayside Remodeling, is fictional and labeled Example. The thread is the published sample for this trade.

Does the text come from the number already on the truck?

From a business number. Advanced includes a tracked number for the website and ads, with two-way texting from one app. You can forward the number on your cards and on Google, or port it. Porting a cell phone number moves it off that phone. Most remodelers forward instead and keep the personal line separate.

General contractors use the same number setup. The first question is yours. Read the Remodeling page, the missed-call text-back guide (including the 10DLC fee table), and missed-call text templates.

Should you buy a standalone texting app?

A standalone texting app is another login and another bill, and you still need a website, a place for the kitchen lead, and follow-up while they decide. Contractor Systems puts missed-call text-back in Advanced with the website, the lead inbox, automatic follow-up, and review requests. Estimate follow-up is on Pro.

If you want the call answered, not only texted, Pro is $597 a month and includes the All Hours AI receptionist. Answers 24/7, including business hours. Read the AI receptionist page for this trade. Advanced still texts the caller within seconds when a person does not pick up. The After Hours add-on is $147 a month if you stay on Advanced. Answers nights, weekends, and holidays. It takes the message and texts it to you. It does not answer during business hours. All Hours is $297 a month, or it is included with Pro.

Questions

How is this different from the general contractor text-back page?

The phone setup is the same. The example and the questions are not. This page is for kitchen, bath, and remodel inquiries. The general contractor page is for additions and permitted projects. Both are included on Advanced. Remodeling · AI receptionist · Missed-call guide.

Is missed-call text-back included on Advanced?

Yes. Advanced is $297 a month and includes missed-call text-back, a tracked business number, the lead inbox, automatic follow-up, the website, and review requests. The one-time setup fee is $297 on monthly billing and is waived on quarterly and annual billing.

Does Contractor Systems charge extra for 10DLC registration?

US carriers require registration before a business texts from a regular local number, and unregistered texts get filtered or blocked. Contractor Systems files the brand and campaign registration. On the pricing page, SMS 10DLC registration is included with the AI Receptionist (After Hours and All Hours) and with Pro and Master. The Campaign Registry's own fees are listed on the missed-call text-back guide. Those fees are not a Contractor Systems price. See the fee table.

Does every customer get the Google review link?

Yes. Every customer gets asked after the job, and every customer gets the Google review link. If a customer is unhappy, they can also tell you privately so you can follow up. The Google link stays available either way.
