Quick answer
You are in a panel with both hands full. The homeowner with a dead kitchen calls the next electrician. Missed-call text-back sends a text from the business number within seconds. Contractor Systems includes it on Advanced at $297 a month, with the website, the lead inbox, follow-up, and review requests. Monthly billing has a one-time $297 setup fee. Quarterly and annual billing waive it.
Does this work for contractors outside Florida?
The office is at 6901 Professional Pkwy E, Ste 232, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34240. The phone is (775) 297-0297. We work with contractors outside the 941. Most of our clients are on the Suncoast between Tampa and Fort Myers, and everything we build runs remotely, so distance isn't a limit. The service-area pages name Florida cities. Advanced is $297 a month and includes missed-call text-back. Pro is $597 a month. US carriers require registration before a business texts from a regular local number. Contractor Systems files the brand and campaign registration. On the pricing page, SMS 10DLC registration is included with the AI receptionist and with Pro and Master.
What is missed call text back for electricians and how does it work?
Missed call text back for electricians is an automatic text from the business number, sent within seconds when nobody picks up. The published example asks what's going on, and the reply in that thread is a kitchen breaker that keeps tripping and two dead outlets. You approve the wording, and the reply lands in the lead inbox. Contractor Systems includes it on Advanced at $297 a month.
Example message
Hi, this is Bayside Electric. Sorry we missed your call, we're on a job. What's going on?
Reply in the published thread: Breaker for the kitchen keeps tripping and now two outlets are dead

What does the caller see after a missed electrical call?
A text from the business number, within seconds of the missed call. They can reply on that thread. The reply lands in the lead inbox, with the calls, forms, and Google messages that need a response.
The electrician example in the product asks what's going on, then offers a time. You approve the messages. A tripping breaker and an EV-charger estimate should not look like the same job in the inbox. The business name in the phone, Bayside Electric, is fictional and labeled Example. The thread is the published sample for this trade.

Does the text come from the number already on the truck?
From a business number. Advanced includes a tracked number for the website and ads, with two-way texting from one app. You can forward the number on the van and on Google, or port it. Porting a cell phone number moves it off that phone. Most electricians forward instead and keep the personal line separate.
HVAC companies and plumbers use the same setup. The published number can stay. Read the Electrical page, the missed-call text-back guide (including the 10DLC fee table), and missed-call text templates.
Should you buy a standalone texting app?
A standalone texting app is another login and another bill, and you still need a website, a place for the outage lead, and follow-up on the panel estimate. Contractor Systems puts missed-call text-back in Advanced with the website, the lead inbox, automatic follow-up, and review requests. Estimate follow-up is on Pro.

It takes the message and texts it to you. It does not answer during business hours. All Hours is $297 a month, or it is included with Pro.
Questions
What does the electrician text say when a breaker trips?
The published example asks, "What's going on?" The reply in that thread is "Breaker for the kitchen keeps tripping and now two outlets are dead". You approve the messages. A tripping breaker and an EV-charger estimate should not look like the same job in the inbox. Bayside Electric is a fictional name, labeled Example.
Can the text tell an outage from an estimate?
The first text asks what's going on, and you approve what it says next. A reply about dead outlets and a reply about a future panel upgrade both land in the lead inbox, labeled by what the caller wrote. Pro can answer the call itself if you want more than a text. Is missed-call text-back included on Advanced?
Yes. Advanced is $297 a month and includes missed-call text-back, a tracked business number, the lead inbox, automatic follow-up, the website, and review requests. The one-time setup fee is $297 on monthly billing and is waived on quarterly and annual billing.
Does Contractor Systems charge extra for 10DLC registration?
US carriers require registration before a business texts from a regular local number, and unregistered texts get filtered or blocked. Contractor Systems files the brand and campaign registration. On the pricing page, SMS 10DLC registration is included with the AI Receptionist (After Hours and All Hours) and with Pro and Master. The Campaign Registry's own fees are listed on the missed-call text-back guide. Those fees are not a Contractor Systems price. See the fee table.
Does every customer get the Google review link?
Yes. Every customer gets asked after the job, and every customer gets the Google review link. If a customer is unhappy, they can also tell you privately so you can follow up. The Google link stays available either way.
