$297 a month, done for you
Quick answer
Three companies advertise a done-for-you contractor system at $297 a month: Contractor Systems, HubbleCRM, and Novaica. Contractor Systems Advanced is $297 a month on our pricing page, on proprietary software, with a setup fee on monthly billing that quarterly and annual billing waive. HubbleCRM's pricing page lists a Contractor Growth Plan at $297 a month, billed monthly, with no setup fee. Novaica's terms list a $297 a month plan and describe the platform as a GoHighLevel-based environment under their white-label. At the same sticker price, the differences that show up on the public pages are the software, the setup fee and usage charges, and whether a low rating still shows the Google review link.

What do they say about the Google review link?
Contractor Systems asks every customer after the job and gives every customer the Google review link. A 4- or 5-star rating can open Google. A rating of 3 stars or less still shows that link on the feedback screen. It does not open Google by itself. The phone on this page is an example of that screen for Bayside Plumbing, a sample business, not a client and not a real review.
HubbleCRM's pricing page describes its 5-star review engine as “Automatic review requests after every job, with smart routing that catches unhappy feedback before it goes public.” The GoHighLevel setup page describes the review engine as “Automatic review requests with smart routing to keep your public rating climbing.”
Novaica's homepage says the review funnel uses “Automated text reminders that politely nudge happy customers to leave 5-star reviews. Bad reviews route privately to you.” The same section lists “Filters bad reviews private.”
Those sentences are theirs, quoted from the pages above on October 22, 2026. The practical version of the rule, including what Google’s Maps policy calls selective solicitation, is how contractors can ask for Google reviews. Whether asking only happy customers is allowed is is it ok to only ask happy customers for Google reviews. Roofers can read how roofers get more Google reviews.
What do the public pages say about software and extra charges?
Contractor Systems is 100% proprietary software. The done-for-you versus do-it-yourself version of that difference is GoHighLevel alternative for contractors, and the agency version is Contractor Systems vs. a GoHighLevel agency. What the front office includes is what a done-for-you front office for contractors is.
HubbleCRM’s setup page headline is “All the power of GoHighLevel. None of the setup headache.” Its FAQ answers “Do you set up GoHighLevel for me?” with yes, and says the price is $297 a month with no contract. Advanced SEO and Google Ads are optional add-ons. The pricing page says those add-on prices are quoted on the demo call. It does not publish them, so they are not guessed here. The pages I read do not say who owns the website after you cancel.
Novaica’s terms, effective June 3, 2026, define the platform as “the Novaica software-as-a-service platform, including the GoHighLevel-based environment we provide to you under our white-label.” Section 6 lists usage charges on top of the subscription. Section 7 says payments are final and non-refundable. Section 13.3 says that when the subscription ends, the right to use the website ends, and Novaica is not obligated to transfer the website’s source code, theme, or templates. You keep the content you provided. The homepage says “Live in 14 days.” The terms say standard build time is 4–5 business days after the onboarding form. Both sentences are on Novaica’s site. This page does not pick one.
Our pricing page includes a 30-day money-back guarantee that starts the day texting goes live. Pro, at $597 a month, adds the AI receptionist. The website-only price table, which is a different purchase, is best website company for contractors. The monthly bill and what you keep if you cancel are how much a contractor website costs per month. Whether you need a CRM or field service software first is CRM vs field service software. A quoted platform with no public contractor price is Podium alternative for contractors.

Who should not pick us
- You want a $0 setup fee on a month-to-month bill. HubbleCRM's pricing page says no setup fee. Contractor Systems charges a setup fee equal to the first month on monthly billing. Quarterly and annual billing waive it.
- You want GoHighLevel set up and managed for you. HubbleCRM's GoHighLevel page says that is what they do. Novaica's terms describe a GoHighLevel-based platform under their white-label. Contractor Systems is proprietary software.
- You want the website source code if you cancel. Novaica's terms say they are not obligated to transfer the website's source code, theme, or templates when the subscription ends. This page does not claim that Contractor Systems hands over source code either. It is month to month.
- You want unhappy ratings kept off Google. HubbleCRM and Novaica describe that routing on the pages cited below. Contractor Systems shows the Google review link at every rating.
Questions
Who advertises a done-for-you contractor system at $297 a month?
Contractor Systems Advanced is $297 a month on our pricing page. HubbleCRM's pricing page lists a Contractor Growth Plan at $297 a month, billed monthly, and says there is no setup fee. Novaica's terms of service, effective June 3, 2026, list a $297 a month plan. Those are the published subscription prices. They are not a quote for ads, usage, or add-ons.
Is the software GoHighLevel?
Contractor Systems is proprietary software. It is not GoHighLevel and it is not a white-labeled GoHighLevel account. HubbleCRM's GoHighLevel setup page says they set up GoHighLevel and manage it for $297 a month. Novaica's terms define the platform as including the GoHighLevel-based environment they provide under their white-label. Read those pages before you treat the three offers as the same product.
Does every customer get the Google review link?
On Contractor Systems, yes. Every customer gets asked after the job, and every customer gets the Google review link. A 4- or 5-star rating can open Google. A 1-, 2-, or 3-star rating still shows the link. It does not open Google on its own. The customer can also send a private note. HubbleCRM's pricing page says its review engine uses smart routing that catches unhappy feedback before it goes public. Novaica's homepage says bad reviews route privately and lists a filter for bad reviews.
What else can the bill include?
Contractor Systems monthly billing adds a one-time setup fee equal to the first month. Quarterly and annual billing waive that fee. Pro is $597 a month and adds an AI receptionist. HubbleCRM's pricing page says add-on prices for Google Business Profile optimization, advanced SEO, and Google Ads or Local Services Ads are quoted on a demo call, and it does not publish those prices. Novaica's terms list usage charges on top of the $297 subscription for phone numbers, SMS, MMS, voice, and number intelligence, and say subscription fees are non-refundable. Our pricing page includes a 30-day money-back guarantee that starts the day texting goes live.
Who should not pick Contractor Systems?
Do not pick Contractor Systems if you want the $0 setup fee HubbleCRM publishes, if you want GoHighLevel set up for you, or if you want a review flow that keeps unhappy feedback off Google. Pick Contractor Systems if you want the front office on proprietary software, with the Google review link still on the page at every rating.
