Delete your Contractor Systems account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Contractor Systems app (web, iPhone, and Android) and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Tell us whether you want to delete only your own login or your whole business account.
3. We will confirm the request by email, then delete the data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your login and profile (name, email address, sign-in connections)
• Push notification tokens for your devices
• For a whole business account: jobs and job photos, customers, conversations and text messages, call records and recordings, review requests, and connected integrations

What we keep

We keep billing and invoice records, and records of text message consent, for as long as the law requires (typically up to 7 years). Backups are overwritten within 30 days. Content already published outside the app, such as posts on your social accounts, has to be removed on those platforms.
